Thinking as he talks

A fetus of a thought bursts out of his windpipe,
exploding on me the ideas he is against
Always fighting against, never fighting for

He tells me I'm a working extension of our utilitarian unit.
With each passing gripe I hear fade into the air dies the possibility to create,
to write history for what could be the better

And that is how life turned into this:
us using our criticism to pretend that we were participating.
